Polish managers stand out for their determination, stress resilience, and relationship-building skills, yet they still face challenges with adapting to change and developing self-awareness. These are the conclusions from the Talent Bridge report "Polish Managers. Are they ready to reach the heights of modern management?".

The study was conducted between 2023 and 2025 on a group of 568 managers from various industries and management levels. Up to 78% of participants have over 10 years of managerial experience, which means the report primarily covers experienced executive staff.

The results show that only 35% of respondents achieve a high or very high level of Learning Agility, while 25% present a low or very low level of this competence, defined as the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and act effectively under conditions of change and uncertainty.

The strongest area for Polish leaders proved to be the ability to build relationships and cooperate (People Agility). However, self-awareness remains the greatest gap. As many as 28% of managers achieve low scores in this area, which can hinder receiving feedback, development, and effective team management.

– In a world of rapid technological change and AI development, experience is not enough. The capacity to learn, openness to change, and readiness to experiment are becoming increasingly important – emphasize the report's authors.

The report indicates that developing competencies related to adaptability, self-awareness, and learning is becoming one of the key challenges for modern organizations and HR departments.
