Average salary February 2026

In February 2026, the average gross monthly salary in the enterprise sector (in units with more than 9 employees) amounted to 9135.69 zł and was, similarly to January of this year, 6.1% higher than the previous year (compared to an increase of 7.9% in February of last year). Its purchasing power increased by 4.0% over the year (in January of this year it also increased by 4.0%, and in February of last year – by 3.1%).

In the period from January to February of this year, the average gross monthly salary in the enterprise sector was set at 9080.86 zł and was 5.9% higher than in the corresponding period of last year (at that time it increased by 8.7%). Its purchasing power was 3.8% greater than a year earlier (in the corresponding period of last year, the increase was similar).
