Antal has published the 15th edition of the Salary Report. The average monthly salary of specialists and managers amounted to PLN 16,422 gross, representing an increase of 5% compared to last year's edition.

Selective growth: The Polish labor market has shifted from a wave of widespread pay rises to selective salary increases, depending on the industry, specialization, and job level.

  • Average salary: The average monthly gross salary of specialists and managers was PLN 16,422, representing an increase of 5% compared to the previous edition (PLN 15,691).

  • Convergence with Europe: The wage gap between Poland and Europe (in the high-skilled segment) is narrowing, thanks among other things to the real growth of salaries in Poland and the strengthening of the Polish zloty exchange rate. Poland is no longer perceived solely as a "cheaper alternative".

  • In-demand competencies: Skills related to technological transformation, automation, AI implementation, data analysis, and change management are gaining the greatest market value.

  • Growth leaders:

    • Finance and accounting: PLN 17,849 (+8%)

    • Pharmaceuticals and medical equipment: PLN 17,548 (+8%)

    • Law: PLN 17,500 (+7%)

    • SSC/BPO: PLN 12,427 (+6%)
