In March this year, the average monthly gross wage in the enterprise sector amounted to PLN 9,652.19, i.e. 6.6% more than a year earlier. Its purchasing power increased over the year by 3.5% (in February this year it rose by 4.0%, and in March last year by 3.0%).

In the period January–March 2026, average monthly gross wages and salaries in the enterprise sector (in entities employing more than 9 persons) amounted to PLN 9,278.19 and were 6.2% higher than in the corresponding period of the previous year (when the increase was 8.2%). Their purchasing power was 3.8% higher than a year earlier (when an increase of 3.3% was recorded).

In March this year, average monthly gross wages and salaries in the enterprise sector amounted to PLN 9,652.19, i.e. 6.6% more than a year earlier (compared with an increase of 6.1% in February this year and 7.7% in March of the previous year). Their purchasing power increased year on year by 3.5% (in February this year it rose by 4.0%, and in March of the previous year by 3.0%).

In the 1st quarter of this year, average nominal gross wages and salaries increased year on year in all sections of the enterprise sector, but mostly at a slower pace than a year earlier (except for real estate activities and electricity, gas, steam and hot water supply). The largest increases were in real estate activities (by 9.2%) and water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities (by 8.1%). Wages also increased more than the sector average, among others, in information and communication (7.8%), arts, entertainment and recreation (7.7%), transportation and storage (7.1%), construction (6.9%), electricity, gas, steam and hot water supply (6.8%), and accommodation and food service activities (6.6%). The smallest increases among the sections analysed were recorded in mining and quarrying (by 2.4%) and administrative and support service activities (by 4.3%).
