HR TECH CHANGER 2025
In recruitment agencies, the percentage of specialists using HR Tech tools exceeds 98%. What was once a curiosity has become an absolute standard. Meanwhile, in the smallest organizations, as many as 38% of HR departments declare that they do not use technology at all.

Polish HR is at a clear crossroads today. The report “HR TECH CHANGER 2025”, published by the Polish HR Forum, shows that the sector is increasingly splitting into two worlds. The first consists of agencies and recruitment firms that are massively implementing solutions based on automation and artificial intelligence. The second is small organizations where HR still often operates in an “analog” model.

In recruitment agencies, the percentage of specialists using HR Tech tools exceeds 98%. What was recently a curiosity has become an absolute standard. Meanwhile, in the smallest organizations, as many as 38% of HR departments declare that they do not use technology at all.
Areas related to recruitment are those that are most intensively supported by technology. On the podium are candidate selection (32%), their acquisition (25%), and ATS systems and candidate database management (19%). This confirms that recruitment is indeed the area where HR Tech is developing the fastest and where AI can be seen in action.

The results of the report show not only where Polish HR is today but also where it is heading. The next 12 months promise to be a time of investment in AI-based solutions for most market participants, primarily in the areas of selection (19%), competency assessment (21%), and candidate database management (17%).
