When ChatGPT was just breaking into the mainstream in 2023, few companies viewed AI-related skills as a key competency. Today, the situation is completely different. Data from the largest recruitment portals (Just Join IT, No Fluff Jobs, Pracuj.pl) show that the number of job offers containing (in the title or description) AI-related phrases has increased from about a dozen in 2023 to 200-300 per month in 2025, representing an increase of over 2000% within two years.
The recruitment and outsourcing agency Devire, which has been publishing IT Salary Reports for years, decided to analyze recruitment processes related to AI roles and prepare the first Salary Report concerning AI positions and roles. The data covers three areas of specialization: the technical area (AI/ML Engineering & Data Science), the generative AI area (Generative AI & LLM), and AI systems design and scaling (AI Architecture & Infrastructure).
