
In 2025, the average recruitment time in the IT industry was 5.2 weeks, which is slightly shorter than the average market time for all industries (5.4 weeks).
Artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly significant role in recruitment, also on the organization side – already 58% of companies use AI in various aspects of the recruitment process. It is most commonly used for creating content for job postings and descriptions (44%), which significantly streamlines the work of recruiters.
The importance of personalized messages to candidates is also growing (25%) as well as preliminary application selection (18%). Job portals maintain a surprisingly stable position – 81% of companies still use them as the main source of candidate acquisition. At the same time, the importance of paid LinkedIn licenses is increasing (up 11 p.p.) – this indicates the growing role of this tool in the recruitment of specialists. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) also recorded dynamic growth (by 18 p.p.)
More and more companies provide detailed feedback to candidates (62%, up 12 p.p.), which indicates the growing importance of transparent and professional communication.
