The production and logistics sectors continue on a cautious course. Rising costs and difficulties in attracting candidates make companies focus on retaining experienced staff and reducing turnover. Wages are increasing, although at different rates depending on the position and region, while transparency in pay rules and benefits systems is becoming increasingly important.
The situation in the industry and logistics remains relatively stable, with economic indicators improving compared to last year – in November this year, they increased to -7.9 in industrial processing (it was -11.7 a year earlier), and in transport and storage to -2.5 (-3.9 in November 2024).
In the manufacturing sector, the basic wages of unskilled workers range from 4,666 PLN to 6,500 PLN gross. The lowest wage levels were recorded in the Warmian-Masurian and Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeships, where the rates do not exceed 5,200 PLN. The highest salaries in this group occur in the Opole, Lower Silesian, Masovian, and Greater Poland voivodeships, where they reach 6,500 PLN.
The basic wages of production operators range from 4,666 PLN to 6,800 PLN gross. The highest salaries were recorded in the Lower Silesian, Greater Poland, and West Pomeranian voivodeships, where the basic salary ranges from 5,000 PLN to 6,800 PLN, while the lowest are offered in the Pomeranian and Łódź voivodeships at 4,666 PLN.
In the group of unskilled warehouse workers, the basic salaries range from 4,666 PLN to 6,300 PLN gross. The lowest salaries are recorded in the Świętokrzyskie and West Pomeranian voivodeships, where their upper limit does not exceed 5,200 PLN, while the highest are in the Masovian voivodeship, where an unskilled warehouse worker can expect a salary ranging from 5,500 PLN to 6,300 PLN.
