jobs related to the green transformation (renewable energy, environment),
healthcare and education,
physical jobs (e.g., construction, deliveries).
The fastest to disappear will be:
office and administrative jobs,
cashiers, bank employees, data entry workers.
A key challenge is skills:
as much as 39% of skills will become obsolete,
the importance of analytical thinking, technology, creativity, and flexibility is increasing,
while the importance of manual skills is decreasing.
Therefore, as many as 59% of workers will require retraining. Companies plan to invest in training, but some workers may not keep pace with the changes.
