Artificial intelligence is increasingly influencing the labor market situation in Poland. Nearly 70% of employees declare that AI helps them complete tasks, but only 33% of employers see an increase in efficiency due to its use. At the same time, 48% of employees are concerned about the future of their jobs in the face of automation.

  • 38% of companies in Poland claim to have implemented AI (63% globally), and only 41% of employees have the opportunity to develop skills in this area. 20% of companies plan to reduce hiring for junior positions (38% globally).

  • The importance of relationships with supervisors is growing – 72% of employees trust their bosses, and 70% rely on their support for development. At the same time, 63% of employees feel a stronger bond with their supervisor than with the company.

  • The most important criterion for job selection remains salary (84%), but work-life balance (51%) and flexibility are also significant – a lack of it could prompt 32% of employees to leave, and a lack of autonomy could affect 34%.
