Job offers July 2026

The job market grows for the second month (+2% y/y). See where job offers are increasing, why IT is standing still, and how AI is changing recruitment!

In July 2026, 275,623 new job offers were published on the 50 largest recruitment portals. This is an increase of 2% y/y (+4,643 offers) and as much as 7% compared to June 2026. This is the second month in a row with positive annual dynamics, and the 3-month moving average increased from 1% to 2%.

Situation in cities: An increase in the number of offers was recorded in 7 out of 10 surveyed agglomerations.

  • Leaders of y/y growth: Wrocław (+9%), Poznań (+7%), Warsaw (+5%).

  • Decreases and stagnation: Gdańsk (-2%), Łódź and Bydgoszcz (0%).

  • Most offers per 1,000 inhabitants: Katowice (25.0) and Warsaw (24.7). At the very end was Łódź (8.3).

Sectoral discrepancies:

  • Healthcare (+13% y/y): Driven by staff shortages and an aging population – the only industry with double-digit growth.

  • IT (0% y/y): The industry has slowed down completely (1,542 offers – the same as a year earlier), retreating from June's 9% growth.

  • Other industries: Finance, HR, and law increased by +3% each, while marketing/sales and manual labor by +1%.
