4 out of 10 employers plan to hire new employees, while 1 in 10 is considering reducing staff. According to the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Barometer, the net employment forecast for Q2 2026 is +31%.

ManpowerGroup has published a report showing companies' recruitment forecasts for the second quarter of 2026. It indicates that 4 out of 10 employers plan to hire new employees, while 1 in 10 is considering layoffs. Nearly half of the companies intend to maintain the current level of employment. The highest number of job offers can be expected by job seekers in construction and real estate, as well as in trade and logistics, particularly in the east, north, and southwestern regions of Poland.
41% of Polish employers plan to recruit new employees in the upcoming quarter, 9% mention reductions, 48% will keep the number of employees unchanged, and 2% are unaware of these plans.
The seasonally adjusted net employment forecast is +31%
The greatest willingness to hire new staff is reported by companies in construction and real estate (+45%), public services and resources (+41%), trade and logistics (+38%). A favorable situation awaits candidates in finance and insurance (+30%) as well as in industrial production (+27%).
Less optimistic plans are held by companies in the information and communication sector (+18%) and in professional, scientific, and technical services (+18%), while the forecast for the automotive industry is 0%.
