MRPiPS: Information on the activities of employment agencies in 2025
Report 2025: There were 8,269 employment agencies operating in Poland. Temporary work covered 697 thousand people (including 361 thousand foreigners). Check the MRPiPS data!
As of December 31, 2025, there were 8,269 entities registered in the employment agency registry operating in the country. This number decreased by 281 employment agencies compared to 2024.
As a result of the job placement services provided, 177,019 people obtained employment or other gainful work in Poland in 2025.
In 2025, temporary employment agencies referred 697,301 people to perform temporary work (including 361,309 foreigners).
The total number of contracts concluded by employment agencies with temporary workers during the reporting period amounted to 1,387,673 (in 2024 - 1,310,776) contracts.
In 2025, the highest number of temporary work contracts were issued for the following occupational groups: stock keepers and related clerks – 289,793, elementary workers in manufacturing not elsewhere classified – 146,409, packers by hand and labelers – 120,808, commercial sales representatives – 98,244, elementary workers not elsewhere classified – 76,732.
